VFD Repairing Technician / Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced VFD Repairing Technician/Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) used in industrial automation and motor control applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults in VFDs, AC drives, DC drives, soft starters, and related control equipment.
- Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuits, power modules, IGBTs, rectifiers, and control boards.
- Conduct testing, calibration, and performance verification after repairs.
- Analyze error codes and operational issues in various VFD brands.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain repair records, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Support installation, commissioning, and field service activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of power electronics and industrial automation systems.
- Experience in repairing VFDs from manufacturers such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Danfoss, and Delta Electronics.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of PLCs, motor control systems, and industrial electrical equipment.
- Proficiency with testing instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and insulation testers.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in VFD repair and maintenance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
