The Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role involves supervising workers, monitoring production processes, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and factory personnel.
- Ensure production schedules and targets are met on time.
- Monitor product quality and implement quality control procedures.
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations.
- Train, guide, and evaluate factory workers and machine operators.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Maintain production records, reports, and inventory data.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
