- Administration and supervision of floors, ICU and special departments.
- Make rounds on all nursing units, confers with the nurse in - charge, assist as a indicator.

- Good Communication Skill and Problem solving approach
- Minimum 8 -10 years of Hospital Experience, 2-3 years as a supervisor
- Timely reporting to senior management
