The Opportunity:
ERLPhase Power Technologies Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive for its subsidiary Phase Power Protection Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. This role will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, inventory and asset accounting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
Responsibilities:
· In-charge of accounting for invoices related to materials and services
· Perform payment entries and maintain accurate records in the accounting system
· Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
· Stores Interface: Coordinate with stores for inventory accounting, GRN posting, and stock reconciliation
· Inventory Management: Maintain inventory records, Reconcile physical stock with system data
· Asset Management: Maintain fixed asset register, Track capitalization, depreciation, and disposals
· Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, Identify and resolve discrepancies
· Compliance: Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns & Ensure timely compliance with GST regulations
· Maintain General Ledger (GL) and ensure accurate financial transactions, Perform month-end and year-end closing activities. Provide support during internal and external audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information
· SAP Support: Handle SAP transactions, generate reports & Support month-end closing activities in SAP
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent
· 4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
· Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL accounting
· Hands-on experience in GST return filing and compliance
· Experience in Inventory and Asset Accounting
· SAP knowledge is mandatory
· Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools
· Good understanding of statutory and compliance requirements
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
