Job Summary
Business SME will align with O2C/P2P track and support on implementation of application such as S4 Hana, eCommerce, Salesforce, Portal , Highradius etc..and will support our client ( Oil& Gas Industry) product level Transformation strategy and Identify , execute process improvement, standardization and automation opportunities to drive value for the customer and ensure Efficient Operations by driving required operating model , Cost savings, Automation, Technology enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in meetings/Workshops.
As-Is process walkthrough (L6 level) , Demos , controls understanding and walkthrough , Process variations by region / Value chain
Support during global/detailed design
Attribute / Data Gathering towards as-is
Provide details to complete design sheet requirement.
Understanding on tool and global / Detailed design
Change Impact and required SOP change assessment.
Coordinating with Ops, Implementation partners and Product Vendors to gather data required configuration and workflow mapping.
Support on SOP changes / amendment - SOP /WI/Job aids , SAP/Application Navigation
Support during SIT to Hypercare
Support to UAT users, clarify questions on Global design and exception scenarios.
Skill Requirements
Experience : Experience in OTC domain with rich experience in Master Data ( MDM/CDH) , Order Management , Cash Applications, Collections and Deduction . Disputes.
OTC Tools and Industry Benchmarks – Poses knowledge of Industry wide trends on OTC Tools and Best-In-Class Processes , Product expertise in OTC as end user and experience in data gathering required for configuration and workflow mapping.
Transformation Experience : Having at least 5 years of relevant experience in driving transformation initiatives within OTC domain.
Solutions/Due Diligence – Having experience in To-Be Process design and implementation , participating in Global Design workshops and report outs.,
Documentation / TTT : Experience in helping in securing required documentation and end user training.
Operational Experience : Should have experience in Managing service delivery of O2C/P2P Processes
