We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Officer with experience in Project Marketing and B2B Sales to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through project sales and B2B marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, government departments, and channel partners.Promote construction chemical products and provide technical product presentations.
- Identify upcoming projects and convert leads into business opportunities.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records
Candidate Profile:
✔ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
✔ 3–12 years of experience in Project Marketing and B2B Sales.
✔ Experience in the Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Paints, Cement, Adhesives, Waterproofing, or Infrastructure industry is preferred.
✔ Strong network with builders, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
✔ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
