Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Pre-KG / LKG students and manage classroom activities
- Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, rhymes, and colors
- Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, play-based learning, and activities
- Maintain discipline and ensure the safety of children
- Monitor and record student progress
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
- Organize classroom materials and maintain cleanliness
- Support school events, celebrations, and activities
Qualification:
- Preferred: Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, or any teaching qualification
Experience:
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in teaching Pre-KG / LKG
- Experience in handling small children is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Patience and child-friendly approach
- Creativity and enthusiasm
- Classroom management skills
- Basic English knowledge (preferred)
Other Requirements:
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
