Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers, and have basic knowledge of the medical/healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow company policies and service standards while handling customer interactions.
Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate (preferred).
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Medical Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical terminology, healthcare processes, or the medical industry is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer queries efficiently.

Work Schedule & Benefits
Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Sunday fixed off + Indian festival holidays
