Position - Assistant Manager – HR
Location: Thrissur / Calicut
Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a leading organization in the Automobile Industry. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from joining to exit
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, induction & exit formalities
- Manage attendance, leave & employee records
- Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliance – PF & ESI
- Handle increments, promotions, appraisals & employee movements
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS & Excel
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR documentation and records
- Support day-to-day HR Generalist & HR Operations activities
Ideal Candidate:
Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes
Hands-on experience in Payroll, PF & ESI
Good knowledge of HRMS & MS Excel
Experience in the Automobile / Dealership industry will be an added advantage
Strong communication, coordination & employee-handling skills
