1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring, from drafting job descriptions and posting on platforms like LinkedIn to screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding: Conduct induction and orientation for new hires, verify documents, and ensure they are equipped to integrate smoothly into the company culture.
2. Employee Relations and Culture
- Grievance Handling: Act as the first point of contact for employees to voice concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain a harmonious environment.
- Engagement: Assist in planning and organizing team-building activities, employee wellness programs, and feedback sessions.
3. Payroll and Performance Management
- Payroll Processing: Track attendance, manage leave records, and calculate inputs for monthly payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Appraisals: Coordinate performance review cycles (e.g., quarterly or annual reviews), maintain appraisal documentation, and assist managers with feedback.
4. Policy Development and Compliance
- Policy Enforcement: Develop and update company policies and ensure employees understand and adhere to them.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure workplace practices follow regional labor laws and regulations.
5. HR Documentation and Administration
- Database Management: Keep detailed, up-to-date employee records and manage HR information systems (HRIS) while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Exit Management: Handle the offboarding process, including processing resignations, conducting exit interviews, and managing full-and-final settlements.
