Position: End-to-End Graphic Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and versatile *End-to-End Graphic Designer* who can independently handle the complete design lifecycle—from concept creation to final delivery. The candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create impactful visual content across digital, print, and video platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop social media posts, banners, advertisements, and campaign creatives.
* Create brochures, pamphlets, flyers, standees, product catalogs, and other marketing materials.
* Handle print layout designs and prepare print-ready files.
* Design branding materials, presentations, and promotional content.
* Edit and produce marketing videos, reels, and motion graphics.
* Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand campaign goals and deliver creative solutions.
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline communication.
* Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
* Coordinate with vendors and printers whenever required.
Required Skills
* Strong proficiency in *CorelDRAW, **Adobe Photoshop, **Adobe Illustrator, and **Canva*.
* Experience in *video editing* using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
* Good understanding of layout design, typography, branding, and color theory.
* Ability to create both digital and print creatives independently.
* Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
Qualification
* Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
* 2+ years of relevant experience in graphic design and visual communication.
