Visa Counselor is responsible for advising and assisting clients with visa applications and immigration-related services by providing clear, accurate, and up-to-date guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on suitable visa pathways, immigration procedures and documentation requirements based on their travel, study, work or settlement goals.
- Assess client profiles to determine eligibility for various visa categories and recommend the most appropriate immigration options.
- Keep updated with the latest immigration rules, visa policies, embassy requirements, and regulatory changes for different countries.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa processing centers, and immigration authorities whenever required on behalf of clients.
- Track application progress, maintain proper records of client cases.
- Provide professional support in resolving documentation issues, addressing application concerns, and assisting with reapplications or additional document requests when needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
