Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 – ₹25,000+ per month

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Counselor to join our education institute. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, converting leads into admissions, and achieving monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills, along with a proven ability to close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding stock market education programs and courses.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert leads, inquiries, and walk-ins into paid admissions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from initial counseling to enrollment.
- Follow up with interested students and ensure timely fee collection.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and provide a positive counseling experience.
- Handle objections and effectively communicate the value of our courses.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and collections.
- Coordinate with the telecalling and marketing teams to maximize conversions.
- Take responsibility for individual and team sales performance when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in sales/counseling, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Prior experience in an education institute, coaching center, edtech, or financial education company will be preferred.
