Our client is a leading organisation in leather accessories manufacturing based at Tada. As a part of the expansion plan in their Production department, they are looking for a 'Industrial Engineers/Production Supervisors' to be based near Tada in Andhra Pradesh.
- Absenteeism balancing
- Layout setup for styles
- Line balancing Rate (capacity study) for styles
- Identity bottle neck and clear with kaizan
- Skill improvement plan for operators
- Advance Manpower and Machine requirements report
- New Manpower skill evaluation
- Hourly Production monitoring and Target follow up
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in garments or leather goods manufacturing.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of leather types, finishes, and accessories is a significant advantage.
A Diploma or Degree in Fashion Technology, Leather Technology, or Apparel manufacturing is preferred. Should be conversant in Telugu, English, & Hindi. Knowledge of any other language will be an added advantage.
Candidates ONLY from garments or leather goods manufacturing industry, willing to join in short notice/immediately will be given preference. Salary will be on par with industry standards.
