Job Title: STEM Trainer
Location: Velammal Nexus Schools
Reporting To: Academic Coordinator / Principal
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver STEM curriculum aligned with school standards.
- Conduct hands-on sessions in Robotics, Coding, 3D Printing, and IoT.
- Facilitate project-based learning and innovation activities.
- Prepare lesson plans, activity kits, and assessment tools.
- Organize STEM exhibitions, competitions, and workshops.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure safety protocols.
- Train and guide students for inter-school and national competitions.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate STEM into regular subjects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science / Technology or related field.
- Certification or experience in Robotics, Coding (Scratch/Python), or STEM tools preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching/training students (school level preferred).
Skills Required:
- Strong conceptual knowledge in STEM subjects.
- Hands-on experience with STEM tools and kits.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Creativity, innovation, and problem-solving ability.
Experience:
1–3 years (Freshers with strong STEM skills can also be considered)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
