We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Student Counsellor (2–5 Years Experience) to join our growing IT Training Institute in Chennai.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in education counselling, admissions, or training institute sales and should be capable of converting enquiries into admissions consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp, and online enquiries
- Counsel students and parents about IT & Accounting courses
- Provide career guidance and recommend suitable courses
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions
- Maintain daily follow-ups and lead tracking
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
- Coordinate with academic team for batch planning
- Maintain proper documentation and student records
- Build strong relationships with prospective students
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate
- 2–5 years experience in education counselling / admissions / training institute sales
- Proven track record of achieving admission targets
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM handling
