Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support the Founder in defining and executing company-wide strategic priorities.
- Break down high-level goals into measurable action plans across departments.
- Track progress on critical initiatives and ensure accountability.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
2. Founder Enablement & Communication
- Act as an information bridge between the Founder and internal teams.
- Prepare and review briefs, reports, and presentations for meetings or external stakeholders.
- Attend key meetings with or on behalf of the Founder and follow up on actions.
- Manage Founder’s schedule, ensuring focus on high-impact activities.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Align operations across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, and Tech teams.
- Identify process gaps and build systems for better collaboration.
- Drive internal communication rhythm (weekly reviews, monthly reports, dashboards).
4. Business & Operational Excellence
- Oversee execution of special projects such as new product launches, partnerships, or efficiency drives.
- Support in fundraising, investor relations, and performance reporting (if applicable).
- Monitor key business KPIs and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks.
5. Leadership & Culture
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting accountability and high performance.
- Mentor and coordinate with department heads to achieve alignment with company goals.
- Help in building scalable systems, SOPs, and leadership pipelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
