Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Store & Warehouse operations efficiently.
- Handle inward and outward material movement with proper documentation.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for vendor bill verification and invoice processing.
- Prepare delivery challans and maintain dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Quality Control (QC) departments for material receipt, inspection, and approval.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update all stock transactions in SAP ERP.
- Ensure timely material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch as per company procedures.
- Receive, issue, and maintain RGP (Returnable Gate Pass) records for FOC (Free of Cost) materials.
- Prepare production material kits (KIT Preparation) as per production requirements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory and store operations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with the Purchase Department.
- Ensure proper material identification, storage practices, and FIFO implementation.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Reconcile inventory records and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store and warehouse.
- Supervise store personnel and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Coordinate effectively with Production, Purchase, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Store & Warehouse Management in a Machine Manufacturing Company.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, material management, and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP ERP.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and documentation.
- Experience in GRN preparation, challan management, and stock reconciliation.
- Knowledge of RGP handling and inventory documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification:
- Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant discipline.
- Certification in Stores, Inventory, Warehouse Management, or SAP will be an added advantage.
