JOB SUMMARY
We’re hiring a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketer (Social Media) to manage and grow our presence on Facebook and Instagram. You’ll create posts as per requirements, plan content, design creatives, write captions, and support lead generation for our education and migration services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and publish Facebook & Instagram content (static posts, carousels, reels) based on weekly requirements
* Build and maintain a content calendar (weekly/monthly)
* Write strong captions, hashtags, and CTAs for engagement and inquiries
* Design creatives using Canva (brand-consistent templates)
* Basic video editing for reels (trends, hooks, subtitles)
* Track performance (reach, engagement, inquiries) and share weekly reporting
* Coordinate with the team to collect updates, offers, and service information
* Support basic community engagement (comments/messages) if needed

REQUIREMENTS
* 1–3+ years experience managing Facebook + Instagram for a business/brand
* Strong content skills: storytelling, hooks, and conversion-focused posting
* Proficiency with Canva (and/or Adobe tools)
* Comfortable creating reels and short-form content
* Good written English and attention to detail
* Reliable internet + ability to meet deadlines independently (remote work)

* Experience in education, migration, visa, or consultancy industry
* Knowledge of lead generation and WhatsApp inquiry handling
* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic analytics

COMPENSATION
Competitive, based on experience
