Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Job Summary:
Responsible for post-contract quantity surveying, including cost control, contract administration, variation claims, payment applications, and final accounts. Ensures accurate project financial reporting and compliance with contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage contract documents, correspondence, and claims
- Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and cost-to-complete(CTC) reports
- Conduct site measurements, valuations, and prepare interim and final accounts
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOT)
- Identify, submit, negotiate, and finalize variations
- Manage subcontractor quotations, orders, interim valuations, and final accounts
- Collaborate with project and head office teams to ensure smooth project execution
_ Qualifications & Skills:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5–6 years relevant experience in construction projects in India
- Strong knowledge of Indian contract laws, cost control, and claims management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
