Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Intern Supervisors for site-based projects in Shimla. This is a 6-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in construction site supervision, project coordination, and execution. Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a full-time position with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily construction and site activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Support site engineers in project execution and quality control.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines.
- Track material usage and site requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project records.
- Assist in resolving on-site issues and operational challenges.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Willingness to work on-site in Shimla.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site management.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
