We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Cruise Consultant to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking cruise vacations while delivering exceptional customer service and personalized travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and booking cruise packages based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide detailed information about cruise itineraries, destinations, cabins, onboard services, and travel requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person consultations.
- Coordinate bookings, payments, documentation, and travel insurance.
- Upsell cruise upgrades, excursions, hotel stays, and other travel-related services.
- Maintain strong relationships with cruise line partners and suppliers.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Stay updated on cruise industry trends, promotions, and destination knowledge.
Requirements-
- Any Graduate
- Previous experience in travel sales, cruise booking, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of major cruise lines and booking systems is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer queries efficiently.
