Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accessories Head to lead the sales, merchandising, and business growth of mobile, laptop, and computer accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving category performance, managing inventory, developing vendor relationships, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the accessories business across all stores.
- Manage product assortment, pricing, and inventory to maximize sales and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve category growth.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for accessories.
- Ensure optimal product availability and visual merchandising across stores.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 year of Experience in mobile, laptop Retail.
- Strong knowledge of mobile, laptop, and computer accessories.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make business decisions.
- Results-oriented with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel as required for business operations, vendor meetings, and market visits.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
