Kolavans Academy is looking for a Spoken English Trainer to join our growing Language and Training Department. We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and student-friendly trainer who can deliver engaging and effective English language training to learners of different proficiency levels.
This is a great opportunity for both experienced trainers and freshers who are eager to build a career in language training and education.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English classes for beginner to intermediate learners
- Handle both online and offline batches effectively
- Use interactive teaching methods such as discussions, role plays, and activities
- Maintain student attendance and basic progress records
- Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their communication skills
- Work closely with the HOD – Language & Training
- Participate in academic meetings and training sessions
- Be flexible to handle morning and evening batches as per requirement
Preferred Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Spoken English training (Freshers can also apply)
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Good classroom management and student engagement ability
- Comfortable using digital tools for online teaching (Zoom/Google Meet, etc.)
- Patient, approachable, and learner-friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to academy teaching methodology
Additional Advantage (Not Mandatory)
- Candidates willing to get trained and handle IELTS classes in the future will be given preference.
