### Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through outbound calling.
* Engage with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
* Present and explain AI-based tutoring solutions effectively.
* Follow structured sales processes and scripts.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
### Eligibility Criteria
* Male and female candidates only.
* Fluent in Tamil and English.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
* Team player with an interest in education and technology.
### Preferred Qualifications
* Prior experience in Ed-Tech or Sales (preferred but not mandatory).
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
### Compensation
* Fixed Salary: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA
* Variable Pay: Up to ₹5 LPA (Performance-Based)
