Job Summary
The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business growth. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, analyzing market trends, developing marketing materials, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing plans and promotional strategies.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms, website content, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, media partners, and vendors for marketing activities.
- Develop brochures, presentations, advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify opportunities.
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Coordinate product/service launches, promotional events, exhibitions, seminars, and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics and ROI.
- Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
- Maintain a database of marketing activities, leads, and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business development.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
