Medivision Scan & Diagnostic Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our diagnostic laboratory in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing routine laboratory investigations accurately while maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely report processing. Lab technicians are responsible for handling samples, performing tests, maintaining equipment, and following laboratory quality and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine clinical laboratory tests as per SOPs.
- Receive, label, process, and analyze patient samples.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure accurate documentation of test results.
- Follow NABL quality standards and laboratory safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.
- Report abnormal findings to the Laboratory In-charge.
- Coordinate with reception and collection staff for sample management.
- Ensure timely reporting while maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications
- DMLT / BMLT (Mandatory)
- Registration with the Karnataka Paramedical Board is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in diagnostic laboratories is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures.
- Familiarity with hematology, biochemistry, immunology, and clinical pathology.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
