Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven, who will lead pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth, profitability, and customer experience through structured analytics and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pricing Strategy & Revenue Management

Design and implement dynamic pricing, discounting, and packaging strategies
- Drive revenue growth through data-backed pricing frameworks
- Monitor pricing performance and optimize margin vs volume trade-offs
2. Data Analytics & BI Transformation

Build and manage dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for business insights
- Leverage SQL, Excel, and analytics tools for decision-making
- Develop forecasting models, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
3. Customer-Centric Initiatives

Lead customer experience improvement programs (NPS, conversion optimization)
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation for pricing and campaigns
- Drive segmentation strategies for targeted marketing and pricing
4. Revenue Optimization Programs

Design and implement sales incentives and revenue enhancement programs
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve productivity and outcomes
- Track and optimize offline & online channel performance
5. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Tech, and Operations teams
- Align business objectives with execution across departments
Present insights and strategy recommendations to leadership
