- Referral Development: Visit local doctors, clinics, and nursing homes to build strong professional relationships and increase patient referrals.
- Corporate & TPA Tie-ups: Partner with corporate offices, insurance companies, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to secure institutional health packages.
- Outreach & Events: Organize community health camps, awareness programs, workshops, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) events.
- Digital & Brand Coordination: Support online visibility by connecting offline events with social media updates, Google business listings, and patient communication.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor activities, Regular local health Campus , and patient feedback to spot new growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Submit regular progress reports on leads, campaign effectiveness, and referral volumes to upper management.
