Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills while maintaining complete confidentiality. Personal Assistants typically manage calendars, correspondence, travel, and administrative coordination to help executives stay organized and productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential documents and records.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Organize business events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform administrative and personal tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
