- Assist in loading, unloading, and shifting of materials at the site.
- Support welders, fitters, and supervisors in daily work activities.
- Perform basic construction and fabrication tasks as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite.
- Handle tools and equipment safely.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Adhere to all safety rules and use PPE at the site.
- Basic knowledge of construction/site work (preferred).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
- Willingness to work on-site and at different project locations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
