Position Details - Designation: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) - Gastroenterology
Locations / Headquarters – Chennai Region
Gastroenterology: Anna Nagar, Mylapore, Velachery, Vadapalani
2. Roles & Responsibilities (TSM)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives in assigned territory
- Doctor coverage and prescription generation activities
- Chemist engagement and secondary sales execution
- Territory development and market expansion
- Product promotion and implementation of marketing strategies
- Reporting, planning and execution of field activities
- Ensure coverage efficiency and productivity standards
3. Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–3 years in Pharma field sales
- Same HQ / therapy exposure preferred
- Strong doctor relationship and market working capability
- Experience in secondary sales execution
- Consistent performance track record preferred
- Good communication skills and growth mindset
- Self-driven and disciplined candidates preferred
4. Salary Range
Salary will be based on experience, current CTC, therapy exposure and interview evaluation.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
