Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Boiler Field Operator to support the safe and efficient operation of a Coal-Based Thermal Power Plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in boiler field operations, equipment monitoring, and safety compliance.
Eligibility
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in a Coal-Based Thermal Power Plant
- Certification: Boiler Second Class Certificate is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor boiler rotating equipment and operating parameters.
- Monitor Bed Ash Cooler and Coal DCF systems.
- Check and maintain Boiler Drum Gauge Glass water levels.
- Monitor MDC RAV system operations.
- Monitor bearing temperature and vibration of boiler running equipment.
- Inspect and monitor all boiler area dampers.
- Monitor DM transfer pumps and Boiler Feed Pump (BFP) oil level, temperature and vibration.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment by following all plant safety procedures.
- Report operational abnormalities promptly to the Shift In-Charge and DCS Engineer.
- Maintain smooth coordination with the control room for uninterrupted plant operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
