Service & Guest Handling
- Provide high-quality table service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure service standards and SOPs are followed
- 0-4 yrs of experience required
Team Supervision
- Guide, train, and support junior stewards
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and discipline
- Allocate service sections and duties during shifts
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
- Monitor table turnover and service efficiency
- Support billing, POS operations, and cash handling
Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas
- Follow FSSAI, safety, and company policies
Reporting
- Assist the Restaurant Manager / Branch In-Charge with daily operations updates

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
