-Plant Operation: Operate fully automatic or semi-automatic batching plants (e.g., KYB CONMAT, CP900) to produce concrete batches as per supplied mix designs.
-Twin Shaft Mixer Maintenance: Perform daily checks and cleaning of the twin shaft mixer unit, including checking wear on Ni-Hard cast iron liners and mixing blades.
-Team Leadership- Lead and train a diverse crew of workers, supervisors, and foremen, fostering a productive and disciplined culture
-Material Management: Oversee the proportioning of cement, sand, aggregates, water, and admixtures to ensure exact compliance with engineering specifications
-Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and regular tests to ensure consistency, slump, and durability of the concrete.
-Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in PLC-based control systems and batching software (e.g., Command Alkon)
-Safety & Compliance-Enforce strict yard safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a hazard-free environment
-Daily checking : Execute routine maintenance such as greasing bearings, checking hydraulic connections, and troubleshooting software or mechanical faults.

-Software -Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and ERP production tools
