Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager with experience in the solar/renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of solar EPC projects, rooftop solar systems, and related solutions, while building strong relationships with clients across residential, commercial, and government segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for solar EPC and rooftop projects
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (B2B, B2C, Government)
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visit, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and channel partners
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory)
- 3–4+ years of experience in solar, electrical, EPC, or related industry preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of solar energy sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle government projects
- Target-oriented with strong business development skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
