Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company transportation (Buses, Cars & Commercial Vehicles)
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, documentation, and statutory renewals
- Handle vehicle insurance renewals and claim processing
- Supervise housekeeping operations and facility cleanliness
- Manage security personnel, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring
- Oversee garden and landscaping maintenance
- Manage company guest house operations and guest arrangements
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Verify vendor bills and maintain administrative records
- Ensure smooth functioning of office and factory administrative activities
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and administrative documentation
- Strong coordination, communication, and vendor management skills
Work Timing:
Monday to Friday: 9:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
2nd and 4th Saturday: Week Off
Other Saturday's: 9:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Bus Facility Available On Routes:
1. Naroda - Narol - Sarkhej to Changodar
2. Vijay Char Rasta - Iskon - Sarkhej to Changodar
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
