Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have experience managing high-budget campaigns, driving quality leads, optimizing campaign performance, and improving ROI through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets of ₹10 Lakhs or above. Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL, CPA, and ROAS. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning. Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, creatives, placements, and audiences. Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies. Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking. Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with the creative, content, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing. Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Experience handling advertising budgets of ₹10 Lakhs+ per month. Good understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel strategies. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance. Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Experience in the EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
