We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive who can generate leads, meet clients, and close sales in the assigned territory. The candidate will promote company products/services, build strong customer relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers and generate new leads
- Present and explain products/services to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Submit daily visit and sales reports
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
- Represent the company professionally in the market
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in face-to-face client interaction
- Ability to meet sales targets consistently
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required)
- Willingness to travel locally
