Key Responsibilities
1. Process Execution
- Execute daily operational activities within the operations pipeline, ensuring accurate data entry across internal systems while maintaining high standards of administrative accuracy and process compliance.
2. Data & Reporting
- Maintain and update operational trackers, compile weekly performance metrics, and prepare timely status reports to support management decision-making and operational visibility.
3. Inventory & Security Management
- Oversee the secure movement of goods from procurement to final dispatch, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing stock levels, preventing overstocking of high-value assets, and supporting business demand requirements.
4. Vendor & Supply Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routine vendor communications, including order tracking, invoice verification, delivery follow-ups, and supply chain coordination to ensure seamless operations.
5. Meeting & Documentation Management
- Coordinate cross-functional operational meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record key discussions, and track action items to ensure accountability and timely execution.
6. Communication Skills
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders, vendors, and management teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
