Key Responsibilities
· Reconcile payments received from e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
· Track outstanding receivables and follow up for pending payments.
· Verify marketplace settlement reports and reconcile with invoices.
· Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, claims, returns, and deductions.
· Coordinate with the E-commerce, Sales, and Finance teams for issue resolution.
· Maintain accurate AR records and prepare ageing reports.
· Process credit notes, debit notes, and adjustments as required.
· Ensure timely month-end closing and AR reporting.
· Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
· 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in an FMCG, Personal Care, or E-commerce company.
· Experience handling marketplace reconciliations and settlement reports.
· Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP preferred).
· Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
