Job Overview
An excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to develop their career in the exciting arena of Interior Designing. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be required to create and present interior designing concepts in response to client needs.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs.
- Meets with clients to program the project requirements
- Take accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations
- Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings and fixtures
- Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.
- Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.
- Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation.
- Provides follow-up support with customers.
- Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 - 7 years of experience in the field of High End Residential and/or Hospitality Design
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter
- Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of tools such as AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketchup, Lumion Twinmotion, PowerPoint shall be preferred.
