We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to create engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications
- Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and visually appealing user interfaces
- Design UI elements such as input controls, navigation components, and informational components
- Create original graphic designs including images, logos, icons, illustrations, and sketches
- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues such as usability and responsiveness problems
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and management teams
- Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings to improve overall user experience
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies and adopt new practices when required
Key Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and visual design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar tools
- Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is an added advantage
- Good understanding of accessibility standards and mobile-first design approach
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and usability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multi-functional teams
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies
- Knowledge of interaction design and micro-interactions is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
