Job Summary
UBALPINE is looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller (Corporate Sales) to generate B2B leads, connect with corporate decision-makers, and schedule meetings for the Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to corporate clients across North India.
- Generate qualified B2B leads from the provided database.
- Connect with Admin, Purchase, Facility, HR, Projects, Architects, Interior Designers, and PMC professionals.
- Introduce UBALPINE's modular office furniture and workplace solutions.
- Schedule meetings for the Corporate Sales Team.
- Follow up with existing enquiries and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for quotations, layouts, and client meetings.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
- Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM software.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
