We are looking for a tech-savvy and enthusiastic IT & Software Automation Intern to join KCPC Bandhani. In this role, you will work on optimizing business workflows, integrating software/tools, creating automated scripts, and supporting web/IT tasks to streamline our e-commerce and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Automation: Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, Python scripts, or Google Apps Script to reduce manual tasks.
- Software & Web Maintenance: Assist in managing, updating, and troubleshooting website features (Shopify/WordPress) and internal software/tools.
- Coding & Scripting: Write basic code/scripts for web maintenance, API integrations, data handling, and custom automation needs.
- IT Support: Help manage internal IT tools, inventory/order systems, and database management.
- Data & Analytics: Create automated reports and handle Excel/Google Sheets data using formulas and macros/scripts.
Key Requirements & Skills:
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or PHP).
- Understanding of software logic, APIs, and web technologies.
- Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat, Google Apps Script, or similar).
- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms (like Shopify or WordPress/WooCommerce) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tech solutions.
- Good logical thinking and attention to detail.
