Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Managers & Telecallers (Male/Female) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and follow-up calls to customers
- Explain company products and services professionally
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain customer records and daily reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
- Handle customer queries and provide proper support
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Freshers can apply; experience in sales/telecalling is an advantage
