Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and energetic Kannada Online Teachers to teach students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 through live interactive online classes. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada and English, enjoy working with children, and be comfortable using online teaching tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online Kannada classes for primary grade students
- Create a fun, interactive, and student-friendly learning environment
- Teach reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and spoken Kannada
- Adapt teaching methods based on different learning levels
- Track student progress and provide feedback to parents when required
- Use digital tools, activities, and storytelling techniques to improve learning outcomes
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage participation
Requirements
- Fluency in Kannada and English (spoken and written)
- Prior teaching experience for primary grades preferred
- Passion for teaching children aged 6–10 years
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable conducting classes online using Zoom/Google Meet
- Laptop/Desktop with stable high-speed internet connection
- B.Ed. or relevant teaching certification is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in online teaching or EdTech platforms
- Creative teaching methods and activity-based learning
- Good classroom management skills
- Ability to make language learning enjoyable for kids
