Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, generating sales leads, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets for industrial park and plotting projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and site visits.
- Conduct project presentations and explain project details to clients.
- Coordinate and arrange site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up with clients for sales closure and documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments for booking and documentation processes.
- Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate and industrial plotting projects.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling.
- Good presentation and follow-up skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, industrial plotting, or construction-related sales.
- Candidate should have good communication and convincing skills.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel for client meetings/site visits preferred.
