Job Summary
Elecon Conductors (P) Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee transformer manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing production planning, manpower, quality standards, productivity, and timely delivery while ensuring safety and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure achievement of production targets as per customer requirements.
- Supervise manufacturing processes including:
- Core Assembly
- Coil Winding
- Tank Fabrication
- Transformer Assembly
- Oil Filling & Testing
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Optimize manpower utilization and machine efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
- Handle production-related issues and take corrective actions.
- Train and guide production staff and supervisors.
Required Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as Production Manager or similar role in a transformer manufacturing company.
- Ability to manage production teams and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of transformer testing and quality requirements will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
