Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Executive to drive our business growth in the UAE market. You will be responsible for identifying potential prospects, navigating complex corporate structures, and fixing high-level meetings for our cybersecurity sales consulting team. The ideal candidate has a "hunter" mindset required for international sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B customers across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, etc.).
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate outbound cold calls and personalized email sequences to C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs, IT Directors, IT Managers, IT decision makers).
- Meeting Coordination: Qualify leads and successfully schedule discovery meetings for the regional sales team, ensuring seamless calendar management.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline status in the CRM.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and the competitive landscape within the Middle East region.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any stream (BCA/BSc Computer Science or Technical background is a major plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent; ability to hold professional conversations with international stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in objection handling, gatekeeper navigation, and "closing" for a meeting.
- Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of the IT/Cybersecurity industry and Channel Sales ecosystems.
- Tools: Experience with CRM software like Odoo, Zoho etc.
- Experience: 1-4 years of experience specifically in Inside Sales or Lead Generation within the Technology or Software space.
